In the study, Lopez-Garcia and company tried to link the death risk for medical problems such as heart disease, cancer and other diseases to coffee consumption by tracking almost 42,000 men and more than 84,000 women who were all free of heart disease and cancer at the start. The researchers failed to link men who drink two to three cups of caffeinated coffee each day and the increased or a decreased risk of death however they find out that women who consume the same exact of coffee every day have a 25 percent reduced risk of dying from a heart disease.
